Commercial/Business Talent Programme
Location: Venice, Italy Employment Type: Full-Time, On Campus Student Employment Work Model: Onsite
About the Role
This isn’t a typical programme. We’re looking for someone who can hold their own in a boardroom conversation and still care about the curve of a product — someone who reads a market and reads a room.
The Commercial/Business Talent Programme is built for people with a strongly international profile: graduates or early-career professionals who can blend sharp business judgement with genuine design sensitivity and communicate with precision in high-end B2B environments.
What you’ll do
– Engage directly with business clients and partners across international markets, supporting commercial relationships from first contact through to close – Contribute to strategic business development initiatives — not just execution, but thinking – Work across teams (product, design, sales, communications) to align commercial goals with the brand’s identity and values – Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials – Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to support positioning and outreach decisions – Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
About you
– Strongly international background — you’ve lived, studied, or worked across cultures – A natural feel for design, quality, and aesthetics alongside commercial acumen – Excellent written and spoken communication in English; additional languages are a real advantage – Comfortable in premium or luxury B2B environments, or genuinely curious to learn them – Degree in business, international business, marketing, communications, or a related field – Organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
Nice to have
– Experience in luxury, design, architecture, or high-end manufacturing sectors – No Italian language required. English required. Another language such as Chinese, Mandarin, Hindi is a plus – Exposure to CRM tools or sales operations
This programme offers direct exposure to senior leadership and real commercial responsibility from the start — not busywork. If you’re ambitious, internationally minded, and take design seriously, this is worth your attention.
