Want to know the best ways to reach students? Review this document and follow the steps to schedule an event.

This document will spell out the ins and outs of how to engage with our students along with best practices for recruiting.

  • Step 1: Please review the Rules of Engagement and Menu of Events Document.
  • Step 2: Contact Chanithia Holt at 404-880-6749 or cholt@cau.edu to schedule your recruitment activities for Clark Atlanta students ONLY.

All companies, outside of our corporate partners, will have the opportunity to schedule one tabling event and one in-person engagement session per semester pending available space, date, and relevance to student population. Priority scheduling will be given to current corporate sponsors/partners. We will not cancel anyone that already has secured space. It is recommended that any additional sessions employers desire to have beyond what has been stated be offered either virtually or off-campus.

Please post your event on Handshake and provide us with a promotional event flyer at least 2 weeks prior to the event, time permitting. The flyer should include the event date, time, registration link, and a brief description and be sent to cholt@cau.edu. Please ensure that all marketing materials are on brand for both your organization and our student population.

If you are interested in scheduling recruiting activities for all three AUCC schools (Clark Atlanta, Spelman, and Morehouse) combined, please contact Carolyn Rhodes at 404-523-5148 or crhodes@aucenter.edu.
