Power On Marketing is looking for an energetic, highly organized, creative Executive Marketing Coordinator who can serve as the CEO’s right hand while helping keep client work, marketing projects, reporting, files, and social media moving forward.
This is not a sit-behind-the-scenes coordinator role.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, upbeat, artistic, resourceful, organized, and comfortable juggling a lot of moving pieces. You should enjoy working directly with leadership, interacting with clients and team members, creating content, solving problems, and making sure things actually get done.
What You’ll Do
CEO & Executive Support
Work closely with the CEO to manage daily priorities, projects, follow-ups, and deadlines.
Turn conversations, meetings, and ideas into organized action items.
Keep projects moving without needing constant direction.
Organize information, documents, client materials, presentations, and internal files.
Help prepare reports, meeting materials, presentations, and client updates.
Track outstanding items and proactively follow up with team members.
Assist with special projects, events, networking initiatives, and business development activities.
Marketing Coordination
Coordinate marketing projects across multiple clients and industries.
Manage deadlines and deliverables between writers, designers, digital specialists, vendors, and clients.
Help maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
Organize creative assets, photography, video, graphics, logos, presentations, and campaign files.
Review work for accuracy, branding, grammar, links, dates, and overall presentation before it goes out.
Assist with website, email, CRM, SEO, PPC, social media, and content projects as needed.
Social Media & Content Creation
Help create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Develop content ideas, captions, reels, graphics concepts, stories, and campaign themes.
Coordinate photography and video content.
Be comfortable attending client events and capturing content in real time.
Help transform everyday client activities into interesting marketing stories.
Schedule and organize social content.
Monitor engagement and help identify content opportunities.
Reporting & Organization
Pull and organize monthly marketing reports.
Assist with social media, website, advertising, SEO, CRM, and campaign reporting.
Maintain organized digital client folders and project files.
Help ensure the CEO can quickly find information when it is needed.
Track recurring deliverables and monthly client responsibilities.
Maintain spreadsheets, task lists, calendars, and internal documentation.
Who We’re Looking For

Able to handle multiple clients and priorities at once.
A strong communicator and writer.
Proactive — you see what needs to happen and take ownership.
Comfortable asking questions, following up, and keeping people accountable.
Able to move quickly when priorities change.
Professional with clients but still fun and personable.
Someone who genuinely enjoys marketing.

Email marketing platforms
Google Analytics
Website content management

You do not have to be an expert in everything. We care just as much about initiative, creativity, organization, personality, and the ability to learn quickly.
What Success Looks Like
This person becomes someone the CEO can confidently say:
“I gave it to them, and I know it’s handled.”
You keep projects organized.
You know what is due next.
You make sure files are where they belong.
You follow up before someone has to ask.
You help create great content.
You keep clients and the team moving.
And you bring positive energy to the office while doing it.
The Personality We Want
We want someone who walks into a room with energy.
Someone who enjoys people.
Someone who can go from organizing a CEO meeting in the morning, to creating an Instagram Reel, to pulling a client report, to attending an event and capturing photos and video — and enjoys the variety.
This is an ideal position for someone who wants to learn every side of a marketing agency and grow alongside a fast-moving leadership team.
