ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage team building AI voice software for customer service and sales. As its first sales development representative, you will generate pipeline, help shape the go-to-market approach, and build the repeatable sales processes that support the company’s growth. With strong performance, the role can expand to include closing deals through the full sales cycle.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Generate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
– Identify and engage prospective customers who could benefit from AI voice solutions.
– Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
– Develop and refine outreach strategies and repeatable sales processes.
– Manage pipeline and maintain CRM tools and records.
– Progress toward owning and closing deals end to end as you demonstrate strong performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment, with a record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.
– Experience selling a product or service and driving outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
– Fluency in German at C2 level and English at B2 to C1 level, with excellent communication skills.
– Experience managing CRM tools and building customer relationships.
– Business acumen to understand the needs and challenges of different companies.
– A hands-on approach, strong ownership, and interest in direct customer interaction and contributing to go-to-market processes.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is €75,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
