BLAC Internship Program
The world is missing out on immeasurable creativity when Black talent isn’t seen or heard. BLAC’s mission is to bring more Black people into advertising, ensuring they can fully express themselves, find community, and ultimately lead. The BLAC internship program introduces emerging Black and BIPOC talent to advertising. It’s a twelve-week paid internship for creative thinkers that takes place at ad agencies across the country. Interns participate in a shared curriculum with shared resources and projects, and upon completion of the program become part of a network of peers and agency leaders who will continue to provide support throughout their careers. The summer program will run from May 20 – August 9, 2024.
Applications are now open! To be considered, applicants should create a two-ish minute video showing or telling what makes them a creative thinker and problem solver. Submit video and application at blacinternship.org/#apply by February 16, 2024.
