Whitney is a Staff Consultant with Capgemini based out of Southern California. She works primarily on application management services, focusing on long-term maintenance of applications. Whitney performs project management functions and interacts with clients regarding both risks and issues that exist within a specific project as well as milestones that are expected to complete the project.

>> Good morning. My name is Whitney Pulupa, and I'm a consultant for Capgemini. I work in the Application Management Services business unit within Capgemini, so we work more with the long-term maintenance and applications and projects. I'm currently in the Project Management office space, so we do a lot of work with the client in terms of risks and issues that exist currently within the project, milestones that are expected to complete the project, and really just coordinating between the different work channels. So part of what we're doing is developing a management tool for the management team, and it's a dashboard. So it allows data and analytics to be viewed and used in a more comprehensive manner as opposed to the raw data. So we've had to go in and get the user requirements, and then put them together in mock-ups, and then from there, present it again and get the feel of whether that's what the client wants or not. And if it's not, then we have to go back to the drawing board, refine what we've done, and then come back and deliver it again.
