Rosann is an insurance agent and president of her own agency in Pleasant Hills, PA. Coming from a family of insurance agents, Roseanne went to Penn State University for her bachelor’s degree in Insurance, now called Risk Management.

>> Hi, I'm Rosann Cusumano Elinsky and I am Cusumano Insurance Agency located in Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania and we are property and casualty, life and health insurance agency -- independent insurance agency. Well, I can say there is no typical day in our insurance agency, it varies. One day I might be at a continuing ed class all day, another day I might be visiting clients and then there might be -- the third day, I might be in the office doing some quotes or reviewing proposals or handling service questions with our clients. A typical day might look something similar to a business day, a 9 to 5. Our official hours are 8:30 to 4:30, I'm not exactly a morning person so I tend to come in a little later and stay a lot later. In our industry, there's lots of times we have to actually meet with clients, personal clients after their workday so it's not uncommon for me to do an early evening appointment or even a Saturday appointment. Primarily in state, although our agency holds about 10 different nonresident licenses in some neighboring states. As our business clients have grown, we've tried to grow along with them, go along too as they've maybe set up a satellite office, we've gotten license in that state.
