Quinncia: Mock Interviewing and Resume Review Tool

Quinncia is an interactive artificial intelligence-based platform that helps you build a strong resume and practice mock interviewing. You can use this tool anytime, anywhere! Below are instructions on how to use Quinncia:

Reviewing your Resume

Many employers use “Applicant Tracking Systems” (ATS) to quickly review resumes by searching for keywords, sections, and metrics. These systems will review your resume before it is ever in front of a human, so it’s important to make sure your resume is written for ATS.

Quinncia offers feedback on your resume using the same technology as Application Tracking Systems. The goal of submitting your resume is to minimize the number of flags and improvement recommendations that Quinncia finds, so your resume is written for ATS success and you can be prepared to submit your resume for an opportunity

Getting Started:

  1. Create an account or log in with Quinncia at https://quinncia.io/ using your Clark Atlanta University email address.
  2. On your dashboard, navigate to Analysis > Resume > Upload New.
  3. Be sure to upload a PDF version of your resume. Name your resume, and select an industry that you are interested in. Note: Be sure to select an industry you are interested in, as this is important when reviewing your resume or when mock interviewing!
  4. Confirm your education and work experience history.
  5. After a few minutes, your resume will finish analyzing, then will offer flags and recommendations to improve your resume.

Practice Interviewing

Need to practice interviewing before the big day? Quinncia’s mock interviewing feature offers individualized feedback on your interviewing skills using artificial intelligence. Quinncia’s software models that of employers’ AI-assisted interview processes, where there isn’t a human on the other end, and instead questions are presented on the screen or through audio.

Getting Started:

In order to start a mock interview, you need to upload a PDF version of your resume under Analysis > Resume > Upload New. The questions in your interview will be based on your education, work experience history, and your intended industry and job position/title.

  1. Create an account or log in with Quinncia at https://quinncia.io/ using your Clark Atlanta University email address.
  2. On your dashboard, navigate to Analysis > Resume > Upload New.
  3. Be sure to upload a PDF version of your resume. Name your resume, and select an industry that you are interested in.
  4. After a few minutes, your resume will finish analyzing, then will offer flags and recommendations to improve your resume.
  5. Navigate back to your dashboard under Analysis > Schedule Your Interview > Schedule.
  6. Select a date and time for your interview. This can be as early as 5-minutes in advance.
  7. Check your email for the link to start your mock interview.
  8. After interviewing, Quinncia’s AI technology will analyze your interview and provide recommendations per question to improve your technique.
