We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is designed to develop future leaders through a structured rotational program. During the first three months, the trainee will rotate through key areas — Inbound (Receiving), Outbound (Shipping), and Inventory Control — gaining a well‑rounded understanding of warehouse workflows, processes, and performance standards.
High‑performing trainees will have the opportunity to move into supervisory or management roles upon successful completion of the program.
【Responsibilities】
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records in our system
- Coordinate and schedule product movement throughout the warehouse
- Adjust storage space assignments to support daily product flow
- Verify inventory availability for shipments by reviewing records or conducting physical counts
- Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished product as needed
- Document all warehouse activities and complete required forms and reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
【Requirements】
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
- 0–1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred but not required — we’re open to entry‑level candidates
- Must be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese
- Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities
