About the role
We’re looking for scrappy engineers who ship data-tooling interfaces fast. You will progress model intelligence through the interfaces, datasets, and evaluation tooling you build, combining product sense, data science, and engineering. You will help figure out how our models can provide production-ready reliability in the real world.
What you’ll do
– Create high-leverage datasets, products, and user interfaces that unlock new capabilities and use cases
– Build internal data-tooling and evaluation interfaces for evaluation, debugging, and data inspection
– Develop and own evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and emergent characteristics across model iterations
– Run rigorous analyses and experiments on data, training choices, and model behavior
– Turn raw model outputs and data into clear, inspectable UIs
– Partner with product managers and customers to translate real-world needs into model and system improvements
We are looking for people who
– Have strong coding fundamentals and product intuition
– Are detail-oriented generalists with hands-on LLM experience
– Are scrappy, creative, and comfortable in ambiguous problem spaces
– Care about how systems are used in the real world
This is a full-time, in-person role in our San Francisco office, five days per week.
Compensation: $180,000-$280,000 plus equity, with 100% covered health insurance, daily lunch and dinner, visa sponsorship, and a 401(k).
