The Associate, Content & Communications is responsible for managing and producing all serial content initiatives across our brands, including our flagship newsletters, the Early Morning Byte and the Cyber Security Byte. This role involves maintaining a structured content calendar, building newsletters, analyzing performance metrics, and developing creative ideas to expand our reach. This role will work closely with authors and contributors to ensure a steady flow of fresh, relevant, and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Newsletter Production & Management
    • Own the production of TNCR newsletters, manage the content calendar across all content initiatives, and collaborate with authors and the editorial team to develop new ideas and approaches.
  • Content Creation
    • Write, edit, and curate high-quality content for newsletters and recurring social media posts, ensuring everything aligns with our brand voice and editorial guidelines.
  • Metrics Analysis and Strategic Growth
    • Analyze newsletter performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to grow subscriptions and enhance reader engagement.
  • Creative Development & Audience Engagement
    • Create new content formats and ideas to grow newsletter reach and actively engage audiences across newsletters and digital channels to keep content fresh and dynamic.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in content creation, digital media, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Expert familiarity with Canva and confidence in producing polished, on-brand designs.
  • Familiarity with newsletter tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and propose new design concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, WordPress, Elementor, BuddyBoss, Monday.com, Slack, Canva, Mailchimp, and Beehiiv.
  • Experience in analyzing content performance and using data to inform content strategies.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email marketing and audience engagement.
