We are seeking an Events Intern to support the operations of our event center. If you have an interest in event planning, operations, and marketing we encourage you to apply! All majors are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Assist with aspects of event setup and execution to ensure positive event experience for attendees.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of operations for events hosted at our HQ in Dallas
- Undertake duties as required: ex: communicating with vendors, clients.
Must-Have/Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Must be able to work 15 hours per week
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
- This internship is Hybrid – in person only when there are events, other than that, you will be working remotely.
This is not a paid position.
