Who Should Not Apply?
- If you’re looking for a 9 to 5 only, this job is not for you. Our success depends on commitment. This means being committed to our mission and believing that hard work will get us there and be worth it!
- If you’re not one of the hardest workers you know, this job is not for you. A lot of people consider themselves hard workers, but they do not put in more time or commitment than the average person. To be successful on this team, you must enjoy putting in more time and effort than most because you want to learn and grow as a result.
- If you don’t like failing, tough situations or getting constructive feedback, this job is not for you. The work we do is hard. As a pioneering company, we are often working on new challenges that require creative problem solving. Sometimes we fail or don’t do something as well as we would have liked. That is okay as long as we learn from our failures and improve.
- If you just want to work in the art world and will take any job you can get, this job is not for you. If you are doomscrolling art related job sites and are applying to The Met, Sotheby’s and Sugarlift, you probably need to think more about what you want to do and then commit to that.
