About The Program
The Finance Rotational Associate Program is a 24-month, full-time program designed to successfully develop future finance leaders for SPE through a combination of diverse rotational assignments, special projects, mentoring, networking, and continuous coaching and development. We are looking for 3 outstanding candidates like you who are passionate about our industry and passionate about a career in finance. This program will begin on August 11, 2025, and last through August 13, 2027.
Finance Rotational Associates gain invaluable on-the-job experiences through several rotations within our SPE Finance groups (Divisional Finance, Global Financial Operations, and Finance Transformation and Enablement), working in different functional areas, which may include Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Participations and Residuals, Finance Transformation, and more! These assignments are crafted to develop a great foundation of business acumen, technical skills, innovative problem-solving, distilling insights from analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Activities May Include
- Immersing yourself in a business area to develop expertise
- Manipulating and interpreting data and authoring presentation materials with key findings
- Presenting recommendations to leadership based on your analyses and demonstrated understanding of the issues
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financials, budgets, or forecasts
- Reviewing processes to improve how finance operates including potentially reducing manual touchpoints and finding opportunities to introduce automation where appropriate
- Supporting a variety of projects on different teams, potentially simultaneously

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or other analytical fields preferred)
- Strong PC skills, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with other Office 365 applications (R, Python, SQL, etc. a plus)
- Excellent time management, decision-making, and social skills
- Experience working with financial statements and large data sets
- Self-motivated with high standards and attention to detail, along with an excellent work ethic
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate analyses into decisions and actions
Preferred Qualifications
- Targeting current students that are set to graduate in December 2024 or Summer 2025
