About Paletté
Paletté is a VC-backed fashion startup. We curate personalized storefronts from small brands and boutiques. There are only a few of us, so whoever takes this role will be doing the actual work of growing the company alongside the founders.
The role
We’re hiring a Growth Intern to find and sign brand partners. You’ll run your own outreach pipeline end to end: finding boutiques and brands worth talking to, getting them on a call, and closing the partnership.
What you’ll do
- Find and contact potential brand partners, boutiques, and collaborators
- Draft outreach emails, pitch decks, and partnership proposals
- Post on our social accounts to grow the shopper side
- Track your pipeline and follow up until deals close
- Research pop-ups, collabs, affiliate programs, and press opportunities
You’re a good fit if you
- Actually follow fashion, retail, or the creator economy
- Write well and hold your own on a call
- Don’t take rejection personally (outreach means a lot of it)
- Can manage your own pipeline without check-ins
- Know Instagram and TikTok culture (a plus)
- Are in college or recently graduated
Compensation
Commission-based: you earn a set amount per partnership closed. We’ll walk through the exact structure in the first conversation.
