In the Management Career Path Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into any potential management opportunity. Examples of management opportunities are: Partner, Consultant, Training Manager, Development Manager, Sales Desk, Marketing Director, Cultural Management Positions and many more.
Eligibility requirements:
- Previous sales experience or management experience
- MBA
- If you don’t have the above you can work towards the goals below
- Complete 1-2 years of Company Sales Goals.
- Life and Health License, Series 6, series 63
