Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Systems Expert!
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair MFPS and resolve customer complex printing issues, mentoring team members.
- Maintain effective relationships with his/her customers and sales
- On-site service of MFPs, parts management, time and call management, learning new technologies, accurate record keeping, lead product advocate meetings
- Lead referrals, assists with customer assessments and solution design
- Uses fleet reporting to influence and improve territory parts budget and inventory control
- Install and troubleshooting of complex printing and scanning solutions.
- Microsoft OS and MAC OS peer to peer and client side of server environments.
- Knowledgeable with printing from common business apps and graphics programs.
- On occasion SOW creation and follow through
- Mentors the team and shares knowledge both formally and informally
Product Knowledge
- Good understanding of solutions portfolio, user level application knowledge. User level application knowledge of device embedded solution
- Deep Knowledge on the entire product line, KM certification on product line
- Expert knowledge of color theory, calibration, and RIP configurations 30% based on technical expertise.
- Provides guidance on customer interaction and soft skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience
- High School or equivalent – Degrees preferred
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- CompTIA Net+ Certification
- CompTIA CDIA+ Certification
- Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written, mentoring and coaching
- Travel within assigned territory, some out of territory work
