We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator responsible for running and optimizing CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinet components with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines for cutting cabinet parts (plywood, melamine, etc.)
- Interpret and execute production files
- Ensure correct material selection, setup, and calibration
- Apply edge banding and ensure finishing quality
- Inspect parts for accuracy before moving to assembly
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with production and assembly teams to meet deadlines
- Identify and report errors BEFORE they become expensive problems
Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC machines (cabinetry preferred)
- Basic understanding of cabinetry materials and construction
- Ability to read shop drawings or cut lists
- Attention to detail (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
