The CTEWorkforce TEEM Program is a short-term, fully online, paid mentorship experience designed to help you grow. This program is sponsored by Commonwealth Cyber Initiative (CCI), a Virginia state program connected with leading employers, professional organizations, and colleges and universities.
This is not a traditional job. It is a structured, short-term experience focused on skill-building, career exploration, and professional connections. Many students go on to secure career opportunities through their mentors.

Program Details & Compensation
- Flexible scheduling, 45 minutes per week for 4 weeks, with an industry mentor.
- Explore career pathways, build professional skills, and complete short guided activities.
Additional Benefits
- Receive a certificate of completion from CTE Workforce and CCI.

Who Should Apply
- Students currently enrolled in a Virginia public 2-year or 4-year college or university.
- Students interested in gaining real-world career exposure.
- All majors are welcome; experience or knowledge in cybersecurity, computer information, or related fields is preferred but not required.
