Compensation: Up to $70,000 per year + performance-based bonus

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Chicago Ridge location. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the store, including team leadership, customer service, sales performance, operational standards, scheduling, inventory, and maintaining the Bora Bora brand experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build a strong team, maintain high operational standards, and take ownership of the store’s overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees.
- Create and manage employee schedules based on business needs.
- Monitor labor, inventory, food costs, waste, and other controllable expenses.
- Maintain Bora Bora Smoothie Café operational and brand standards.
- Ensure proper food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Monitor store sales and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure proper product availability.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Work closely with Bora Bora leadership and communicate store needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Support local marketing initiatives, promotions, and store growth.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, café, retail, or hospitality management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing sales, labor, inventory, and store performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexible availability based on the needs of the business.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: Up to $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
