Job Summary:
Arborwear is seeking a creative, motivated Social Media & Content Creation Intern who is passionate about social media, storytelling, and visual content creation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera, has a strong eye for content trends, and wants hands-on experience building a brand’s social presence. The Social Media & Content Creation Intern will focus primarily on social media content creation, filming, editing, posting, and engagement, helping bring the Arborwear brand to life across digital platforms.
This position would start in Spring with the potential to continue on into Summer.
This internship is on-site 3 days at Arborwear Corporate Offices and remote 2 days.
Key Responsibilities
● Create & Capture Social Media Content.
● Film and photograph social content featuring products, team members, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments
● Assist in creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts)
● Edit photos and videos using mobile and desktop tools to align with Arborwear’s visual style
● Support content shoots at the office, warehouse, events, and occasional field settings Support Social Media Execution
● Assist in drafting captions and post copy that matches Arborwear’s tone and voice
● Help schedule and publish posts across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
● Engage with comments, messages, and followers in a brand-appropriate way ● Monitor trends and bring fresh content ideas to the marketing team Help Maintain Brand Voice & Community Presence
● Learn and apply Arborwear’s tone, values, and audience mindset
● Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal content
● Help organize and maintain a content library of photos, videos, captions, and assets
● Support marketing initiatives, events, and internal communications when needed

Qualifications
● Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, media, journalism, design, or a related field
● Interest or experience in social media content creation (personal or professional)
● Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
● Experience with basic editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, Premiere Rush, or similar) is a plus
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
● Willingness to learn the Arborwear brand and audience
