Our 2025 #ChangeMakers Summit is focused on helping students unlock their potential and will provide rising college juniors an opportunity to network with Wells Fargo leaders, participate in professional development workshops, obtain insights into Wells Fargo’s early career offerings, and interview for a 2026 summer internship.

Overview

Prepare to level-up your professional growth and expand your network at the #ChangeMakers Summit – a three-day experience specifically designed for you! This is an opportunity to connect with like-minded peers from across the nation while gaining valuable insights from prominent financial industry leaders.

Who Should Attend

We are seeking high-achieving rising juniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any relevant major or discipline with a graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027. If you fit this profile and have an interest in a summer 2026 internship, we encourage you to express interest by registering below.

What you’ll get		Event details
	Professional Development workshops on topics such as personal branding and preparing financially for the future		Event dates: September 24th – 26th Location: Charlotte, NC All covered travel and meal expenses associated with the event will be paid by Wells Fargo.
	Insights from senior leaders, program alumni and current program participants		Participant profile: High performing students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 – June 2027 To be considered, students must not already be committed to another 2026 summer internship.
	Networking with business leaders and industry professionals as well as recruiters and other summit participants
	An on-site interview for a 2026 summer internship
