What to Expect

At the summit, you’ll have the unique opportunity to engage directly with leaders and team members from SC Johnson’s dynamic departments, including:

Who Should Apply?

This program is tailored for:

  • Undergraduate students majoring in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or Marketing with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Undergraduate students majoring in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or Labor/Industrial Relations with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028 who are interested in a career in Human Resources.
  • Candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Please note: SC Johnson does not currently sponsor work authorization for this program.)

SC Johnson will cover travel expenses for all selected participants.
