- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment as well as independently
- Deep interest and commitment to equity and justice across differences including, but not limited to, racial, gender & economic justice issues and efforts
- Ability and desire to engage in personal reflection and a specific focus on personal and professional development, both individually and within a team setting
- Strong work ethic
- Composure in situations that may be challenging or stressful
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude
Fellowship Process: The application deadline is June 9, 2023 at 11:59pm PST. The fellowship committee will review applications and ask eligible candidates to participate in a phone or virtual interview this summer. Final decisions will be made no later than August 2023.
