Job Description

The Global Marketing Department’s mission is to inspire and enable a world-class marketing community to build our brand and create growth. We will do this by developing a future-focused, customer-led marketing capability, which amplifies the power of our unique brand equities, our customer data, our iconic food and our incredible marketing and media muscle.

This internship will enable you to learn from top marketing talent at a global, enterprise organization and join in on real business projects that impacts markets across the globe. Projects can span across different Global Marketing functions including Brand Strategy, Strategic Insights, Food & Menu, Media, Family and more. We are looking for the best rising seniors to join us this summer who will bring an interest in learning and their hard work to McDonald’s!

Qualifications

  • You’re a Junior working towards your Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024
  • Preferred majors include: Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics and other marketing related degrees
  • You have a passion for marketing
  • Can work Monday-Friday during all 10 weeks (6/5-8/11) of the internship 
  • Have communication skills that are strong and adapt based on your audience
  • Have the quantitative ability to calculate, interpret, and take action upon data
  • Organization involvement or experience related to strategy, marketing, media, or data analytics
  • You’re committed to a culture of inclusiveness
  • You want to impact the modern era of McDonald’s
  • Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date

How You’ll be Compensated

  • $25/Hour (Expect to work 40 hrs each week)
